Software Engineer – Digital Integrations (MuleSoft/Salesforce)

About the role

Mastercam, part of Sandvik’s Intelligent Manufacturing division, is looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop and support Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions that enable API‑led integration across enterprise systems and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain integration APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce technologies.
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits and apply updates to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to break down user stories, estimate effort and implement changes.
• Participate in code reviews and recommend tools, technologies and processes for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience building enterprise integrations with MuleSoft and Salesforce.
• Certification in MuleSoft and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and deliver solutions in iterative release cycles.

Required skills

• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform – API design, orchestration, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Salesforce development – Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
• OpenAPI specifications, Swagger, Scalar for API documentation.
• Modern development practices – source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.
