Software Engineer, CX

About the role

NiCE is looking for a motivated Full‑stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain Java and Node‑based applications that power customer experience solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in an agile environment to deliver high‑quality, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise‑grade solutions using Java Spring‑Boot, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create unit/system tests to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver features on aggressive deadlines.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance for a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, suggest process improvements, and adhere to best engineering practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (BE/BTech/MTech/MCA).
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
• Self‑driven, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
