Software Engineer – Cloud, AI & Big Data

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating closely with customers, and delivering innovative cloud‑based solutions. You will work on a variety of technologies, from big‑data pipelines to AI and search services, while continuously learning new tools and patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather user requirements and define product scenarios.
• Design, develop, debug, and refactor code to improve performance, maintainability, and ROI.
• Act as the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring systems for degradation and leading incident response.
• Drive documentation, release planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with project managers.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technical solutions to enhance reliability, observability, and efficiency at scale.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud background checks.

Required skills

• C++ and C# programming.
• Big‑data, machine‑learning, and natural‑language‑processing technologies.
• Search technology experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Office 365.
• Security awareness, including penetration testing and threat analysis.
