Software Developer in Test (SDET) – Quality‑First Role

About the role

We are looking for a quality‑first Software Developer in Test (SDET) who brings a strong QA Analyst mindset to software delivery. This role bridges Product and Engineering, using automation as an enabler of quality while asking the right questions and building scalable test solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own quality through analysis by collaborating early with Product, Development, and Data teams, reviewing requirements, and identifying risks and coverage gaps.
• Engineer robust automation across API, UI, performance, and end‑to‑end layers using C#, Playwright, NBomber, and JMeter, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Drive defect prevention and release confidence through triage, root‑cause analysis, and maintaining traceability aligned with ISO9001 and SOC2 standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or development with strong automation experience.
• Experience writing automated API and UI tests (C#, Playwright or similar) and performance testing with NBomber or JMeter.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and test‑lifecycle practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a proactive, user‑centric approach to quality.
