About the role
Kosh is looking for a passionate Fresher Software Developer to join our technology team and work on scalable fintech applications and lending solutions. You will contribute to building technology that powers accessible financial services for India's blue-collar workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and REST APIs.
- Work with Python, Django/Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Work on fintech modules including CDP, LOS, LMS, and third‑party integrations.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Python and OOPs.
- B.Tech background.
- Basic understanding of Django, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
- Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Internship/project experience is a plus.
