About the role
PROTOCOL is seeking a dedicated Soft Skills Trainer to lead weekend online group classes. The role is full‑time and remote, focusing on delivering pre‑planned training modules to adult learners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live training sessions every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
- Follow a predefined curriculum covering presentation, communication, and life‑skill topics.
- Engage participants through interactive methods and adapt delivery to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain attendance records and provide feedback to learners.
Required profile
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience in training & development, especially soft‑skill or life‑skill programs.
- Proven track record of effective classroom or virtual instruction.
- Relevant certification in soft‑skills training or a related field.
Required skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging online sessions.
- Adaptability to different learner needs and styles.
