Social Studies Teacher (TGT)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Social Studies Teacher (TGT) to join our educational team. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, maintaining up‑to‑date subject knowledge, and supporting the holistic development of students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that address the full ability range of the class.
• Maintain current knowledge of the Social Studies curriculum and continuously update teaching materials.
• Motivate and facilitate learning according to each pupil’s educational needs.
• Correct and mark assignments promptly, both in‑class and for homework.
• Assess, record and report on student progress and development.
• Communicate with parents during PTMs and provide feedback as required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Social Studies (SST) subject matter.
• Ability to manage and engage learners of varying abilities.
• Commitment to continuous self‑learning.
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
