Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will lead Face magazine’s presence on Instagram and Facebook, creating and curating content that reflects the brand’s fashion, lifestyle, culture and entertainment focus. Based in Raipur, this full-time position works closely with editorial and design teams to boost readership and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage social media campaigns aligned with editorial calendars.
• Create, edit and schedule visual and written posts for Instagram and Facebook.
• Monitor community activity, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategies to increase reach and follower growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice and visual style.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing for media, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
