Social Media Marketing Manager (On-site)

About the role

H&H is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead its digital community efforts. Based in Indore, you will work closely with the in‑house creative team to turn strategic brand narratives into engaging, high‑quality content across all major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end social media operations, including scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Develop and execute brand positioning, campaign planning, and integrated marketing initiatives for H&H and its clients.
• Plan, manage, and deliver monthly content calendars, adapting quickly to platform algorithm changes.
• Write concise scripts for short‑form video (Reels/Shorts) and conversion‑focused ad copy.
• Serve as the on‑camera face for brand campaigns, informational videos, and interviews when required.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure visual outputs align with brand strategy and client guidelines.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or brand strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong editorial background with excellent writing, verbal communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable presenting on camera with clear, confident delivery.
• Strategic thinker who links daily content output to measurable marketing impact.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube platforms and their native analytics tools.
• Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro (a plus).
