Social Media Manager (Mid-Level)

About the role

Innocean Worldwide India is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s social presence in Gurgaon. The role involves developing platform‑specific strategies, driving community engagement, and executing impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop platform‑specific social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for various platforms.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of brand social accounts, including scheduling and publishing.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages and queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with creative, copy and client‑servicing teams to launch social campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results and recommend optimisation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends and digital best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands within an advertising or digital agency.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple brand accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and performance reporting tools.
• Content calendar planning and community management expertise.
