Social Media Manager

About the role

PM Cona, a leading Indian brand in electrical switches and wiring accessories, is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join its Mumbai office. You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring content across the company’s social channels, helping to strengthen brand presence and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create visual and video assets that align with PM Cona’s branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with product, marketing and sales teams to gather campaign information and product details.
• Publish posts, monitor engagement, and analyse performance metrics.
• Optimize content for reach, interaction and conversion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and platform updates.
• Prepare regular reports and insights to guide digital strategy.

Required profile

• Strong background in graphic design and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that meet marketing objectives.
• Excellent written communication skills for digital audiences.
• Experience working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
