Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own day‑to‑day social media and community management for our client brands in Surat. You will be the voice of the brand online, handling comments, direct messages, and broader conversations while ensuring a consistent, engaging brand tone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor daily comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and community discussions.
• Respond to customer interactions professionally and empathetically, following brand guidelines.
• Handle negative feedback, complaints, and reputation issues with sound judgment.
• Escalate sensitive queries related to product quality, certification, or timelines.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and coordinate publishing across platforms.
• Review influencer and creator content for accuracy before publishing.
• Track sentiment, recurring questions, and valuable customer insights.
• Document interactions, mentions, and escalations.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and video teams for timely execution.
• Contribute to monthly reporting on social performance and community trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong copywriting ability and independent decision‑making.
• Proven experience handling customer comments, complaints, and brand conversations.
• Good understanding of social listening and online reputation management.

Required skills

• Experience with Reddit or similar online community platforms (optional).
