Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own Beco’s social presence end‑to‑end. You will shape storytelling, grow our communities and turn social channels into a key growth engine for our sustainable, plant‑based home‑care brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Beco’s social content calendar across platforms, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality publishing cadence.
• Foster meaningful engagement and create conversations that reflect Beco’s witty, bold, and fun personality.
• Conceptualise and execute standout content for Reels, Shorts, static posts, creator collaborations and emerging formats.
• Craft platform‑native narratives and lead social‑first storytelling rather than repurposing traditional marketing assets.
• Design and implement social‑first go‑to‑market plans for product launches, campaigns and brand moments.
• Continuously test new formats, hooks and distribution strategies, analysing performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Build scalable social IPs by developing recurring content series and platform‑native properties that audiences anticipate.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing Instagram organically through content‑led strategies.
• Deep understanding of YouTube and YouTube Shorts, including audience growth and content optimisation.
• Strong content instincts with a sharp eye for storytelling, creative trends and internet culture.
• Experience building and scaling brand communities on social media.
• Ability to move quickly, experiment relentlessly and learn from data.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
