About the role

We are building a category‑defining consumer brand where community, culture, and experiences intersect. We need a Social Media Manager who understands online behavior and can craft content that sparks conversation and drives engagement across our channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that reflects brand stories, events, and trends.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team to translate ideas and customer stories into engaging posts.
• Monitor performance metrics, experiment with new formats and creators, and continuously optimize content strategy.
• Help nurture a community that actively interacts with the brand and stays loyal.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in social media, content, community, or brand marketing.
• Strong awareness of internet culture, trends, and creators.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving, startup environment.
