Social Media Manager – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to become the voice of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. You will own the end‑to‑end social strategy, produce platform‑native multimedia content, and nurture an engaged online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Concept, shoot, edit and write high‑quality short‑form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and other native content daily.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal community while preserving brand voice.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, reach and conversions.
• Translate data insights into actionable improvements and conduct competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copywriting, PR, Product and Customer Support teams on launches and campaigns.
• (Optional) Manage influencer outreach and co‑create content with creators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, agency or high‑growth company.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, formatting and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
• Strong storytelling ability with excellent copy‑editing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to trends.
