Social Media Manager – Content, Social & Community

About the role

Linen Trail, a premium slow‑fashion brand specializing in 100% pure linen, is seeking a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, community, and storytelling. Reporting directly to the founders, you will shape the brand’s voice across digital platforms, grow an engaged community of linen enthusiasts, and turn brand values into measurable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content‑driven strategy for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.
• Plan and run social media campaigns, influencer collaborations and paid ads (Meta, Google) that reflect the brand’s quiet‑luxury ethos.
• Build and nurture a loyal community of customers, creators and brand advocates.
• Coordinate with in‑house creative and production teams for shoots, styling and campaign rollouts.
• Manage email and WhatsApp marketing flows for retention and storytelling.
• Track, analyse and report on engagement, reach, sentiment, traffic and conversion metrics to continuously optimise strategy.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy or social media, preferably in D2C or fashion.
• Proven ability to grow brand presence and online communities.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and analytics tools.
• Strong sense of brand tone, aesthetics and storytelling.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative direction.
