About the role

H&H is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join its Indore office. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, shaping social media strategies that drive brand growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of creative campaigns.
• Curate and maintain content calendars, coordinate with design and editing teams, and track performance metrics.
• Innovate engagement tactics to boost audience interaction and brand visibility.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to guarantee flawless execution.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media management, campaign planning, and platform algorithms.
• Strong client servicing and account management abilities.
• Creative mindset for drafting concepts, writing copy, and evaluating visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to juggle multiple accounts and strict deadlines.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or a portfolio demonstrating successful brand management.
