Social Media Lead

About the role

Ventura is seeking a Social Media Lead who lives and breathes internet culture, trends, and viral content. You will shape the digital voice of a leading investment and stock‑broking brand, turning complex financial topics into engaging, shareable media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Ventura’s presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Threads, and Telegram.
• Develop content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Identify emerging trends early and convert them into high‑performing reels, posts, scripts, captions, and video concepts.
• Simplify market insights and financial concepts into compelling investor content.
• Own podcast planning, packaging, promotion, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Design, Research, Product, and Compliance teams to bring ideas to life.
• Track performance, analyse insights, and continuously optimise the content strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in BFSI, fintech, wealth management, or stock broking.
• Active presence on social platforms with a deep understanding of internet culture and content consumption behaviour.
• Proven track record of building engaged communities and growing brand presence online.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation abilities.
• Strong grasp of platform‑specific strategies and audience engagement.
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging content.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid stakeholder‑management skills.
