Social Media Head

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Head to own the narrative and content strategy for Medalio Hotels and our restaurant brands. You will shape the voice, visual identity and community experience across owned channels, working closely with agencies, creators and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Medalio brand voice and visual style across all owned social platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).
• Conceptualise, produce and execute multi‑format campaigns – reels, long‑form videos, collaborations, activations and live moments.
• Build and nurture an engaged community, turning followers into brand advocates through conversation and creator‑led moments.
• Lead agency partnerships: write briefs, provide feedback and manage deliverables to ensure brand‑aligned output.
• Strategically manage the influencer ecosystem, selecting creators that fit the brand and driving purposeful collaborations.

Required profile

• Strategic storyteller who can translate brand purpose into compelling social narratives.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of hospitality and dining brands without diluting their identity.
• Proactive thinker who continuously evaluates what the brand should stand for on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Discerning about community building versus simple reach metrics.
