Social Media Executive (Beauty & Skincare)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing skincare brand seeking a creative Social Media Executive to shape our online voice. You will develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, engage our community, and support product launches across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and other channels.
• Create, schedule and publish on‑brand content such as reels, posts, stories and videos aligned with campaign goals and skincare trends.
• Manage day‑to‑day account operations, including monitoring, responding to DMs/comments and fostering community interaction.
• Collaborate with design, content, influencer and product teams to deliver timely campaigns and product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes and emerging content formats.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and evaluate ROI.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and user‑generated content initiatives.
• Handle social media crises professionally following brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media, preferably in beauty, skincare or wellness.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, aesthetics and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a talent for crafting engaging captions and scripts.
• Passion for skincare and up‑to‑date with beauty industry trends.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with influencer marketing or UGC strategy.
