Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own Bureau’s social media presence and amplify our marketing initiatives, thought leadership, flagship events and digital campaigns. The role will combine real‑time event coverage, content creation and collaboration with performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, reports, webinars and industry events.
• Provide live coverage during flagship events, creating quote cards, videos and highlights.
• Create, publish and optimise content on LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms.
• Support executive thought leadership with social content and amplification plans.
• Manage employee‑advocacy programmes to increase organic reach.
• Align organic social with paid campaigns, optimise landing pages, CTAs and UTM tracking.
• Monitor conversations, engage with industry communities and repurpose marketing assets.
• Track performance, generate insights and report on reach, engagement and traffic.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B social media marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record managing social for product launches, webinars and thought‑leadership campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
