Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to own and expand our digital brand presence. The role combines audience growth, content production, and influencer collaboration to drive engagement and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own audience growth, engagement, and lead generation on Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
• Conceptualize, script and lead production of short‑form and long‑form video and written content.
• Represent the brand on videos, webinars, interviews, podcasts and other social‑first formats.
• Partner with design, performance marketing and content teams to launch insight‑driven campaigns.
• Track, analyze and optimize content performance using platform insights and data.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging formats.
• Build and scale influencer, creator and community‑led initiatives to boost visibility and credibility.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in social media, brand marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven success in growing social platforms and delivering high‑impact campaigns.
• Exceptional storytelling, content strategy and creative thinking.
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence representing the brand.
• Hands‑on experience managing influencer partnerships and creator ecosystems.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with a bias for execution.
