Social & Community Consultant for Design Event

About the role

Architectural Digest India is seeking a Social & Community Consultant to drive audience engagement for the AD Design Show (ADDS), its flagship design event. The role will bring the ADDS brand to life year‑round through social storytelling, community building, and event amplification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience engagement initiatives for ADDS throughout the year.
• Nurture the ADDS community across digital platforms and event touchpoints.
• Plan and publish social content, maintaining calendars aligned with event milestones.
• Create and edit short‑form video content (reels, stories, behind‑the‑scenes) for Instagram and other platforms.
• Support on‑ground event coverage and real‑time content creation during ADDS and related franchise events.
• Collaborate with Audience Development, Editorial, Marketing, Events and Commercial teams to translate event priorities into audience‑facing content.
• Coordinate with external creators, partners and vendors as needed.
• Assist in building and managing newsletters and other audience initiatives beyond social media.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in social media, content production, community management, events or audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of the Indian social media landscape and platform trends.
• Passion for design, architecture, culture and digital storytelling.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience creating Instagram content including reels, stories and carousel formats.
