SOC Audit Senior – Advisory Services

About the role

SC&H Group is looking for a motivated professional to join its Advisory Services Practice as a System and Organization Controls (SOC) Audit Senior in Gurugram, India. The role offers the chance to apply IT audit, consulting and cybersecurity experience while expanding business and project‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity readiness assessments, internal‑control advisory, and SOC 1 and SOC 2 examination services for clients.
• Review IT security, cybersecurity, and other compliance programs to provide independent risk and control assessments.
• Maintain strong client focus, building productive relationships with client personnel.
• Stay current with industry pronouncements, standards, and guidance relevant to client engagements.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to innovate, share knowledge, and enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related business field.
• 1–4 years of experience performing SOC 1 and/or SOC 2 audits.
• CISA or CPA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of IT security concepts and related risks.
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
