SOC Analyst – Cyber Security Operations Center

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SOC Analyst to join our 24×7 security operations team in Gurgaon. The role involves monitoring, detecting and analysing security events, and providing first‑line support for standard incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events round‑the‑clock using a SIEM platform.
• Investigate logs from endpoints, servers, firewalls, cloud platforms and network devices.
• Analyse logs to support investigations and reconstruct event histories using forensic techniques.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior analysts or the incident response team.
• Document incidents, investigations and remediation activities accurately.
• Identify and maintain log sources, ensuring operational integrity of SOC toolsets.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in security monitoring, SOC operations or related cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline (master’s degree is a plus).
• Valid Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SIEM platforms.
• Log analysis from endpoints, servers, firewalls, cloud services and network devices.
• Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
• Forensic investigation techniques.
• CEH certification.
