SME – Project Management Office

About the role

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join the Project Management Office at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Coimbatore. The role supports project and quality management processes, works with data sets, and provides reporting to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and maintain project and quality management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with department leaders and project managers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze customer data requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
• Create, update and maintain reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Interact with users and cross‑functional teams to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, quality processes or related IT functions.
• Strong ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner and adaptable to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Project Management and Quality Management processes.
• Knowledge of IT PEP processes and quality audit requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of automotive process libraries (advantageous).
