Skilled Mason – Construction & Renovation

About the role

TSS INFRATECH INDIA LLP is seeking a dedicated Mason to join its on‑site construction team in Delhi. The role involves executing brickwork, stonework, and cement‑related tasks for new builds and renovation projects while adhering to design specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials.
• Lay bricks and stones accurately, align them, and finish surfaces.
• Plaster, finish, and repair masonry structures as required.
• Read and follow basic construction drawings and site instructions.
• Coordinate daily with site supervisors and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Apply all safety protocols and use hand and power tools responsibly.

Required profile

• Proven skills in masonry, bricklaying, and stonework.
• Experience in renovation, repair, and maintenance of existing structures.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow site instructions.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and safe tool usage.
• Prior experience as a Mason on infrastructure or building projects; experience in ISO‑compliant environments is a plus.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor outdoors and stand for extended periods.
