Site Supervisor – Stage Engineering

About the role

Stage Works is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of stage engineering and theater design projects across India. You will ensure that every construction phase meets the company’s high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, guaranteeing adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of stage automation, lighting, acoustics, and audiovisual installations.
• Monitor progress of construction activities, maintain quality control, and report any deviations from the schedule to senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to keep project objectives and deadlines aligned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably on stage engineering or theater design projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage on‑site teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
