Site Supervisor – Modular Interiors

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Supervisor to lead the on‑site execution of premium modular interior projects, including kitchens, wardrobes and furniture installations. You will act as the bridge between design, production and installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture.
• Coordinate daily activities with designers, factory teams, installers, vendors and clients.
• Monitor progress, prepare site reports and ensure timely project completion.
• Take accurate site measurements and resolve execution challenges on the spot.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper handling of materials at the site.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in interior site supervision (freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in Pune.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and interior drawings.
