Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on construction and interior fit‑out projects. The role involves overseeing manpower, monitoring progress, and ensuring that work is completed on time while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and interior site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
• Inspect materials received at the site and ensure proper usage.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
• Resolve site‑related issues and report major concerns promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation related to site activities.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite.
• Minimize material wastage and maintain productivity.
• Support project handover activities after successful completion.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit‑out, or site supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Required skills

• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate work accordingly.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project execution.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation.
