Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead daily on‑site activities for kitchen and wardrobe projects at Würfel Küche’s Tiruppur location. This full‑time position ensures installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while keeping clients and internal teams informed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation of premium kitchens and wardrobes, managing site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor project timelines, resolve on‑site issues, and report progress to project managers.
• Inspect completed work, verify materials, measurements, and compliance with technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, checklists, and progress reports.
• Interact regularly with customers, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising interior, furniture, or modular kitchen installation sites.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and measurements.
• Knowledge of basic construction practices, material handling, and site safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field is advantageous.
