Site Supervisor

About the role

Spectre Architects is seeking a Site Supervisor to bridge office coordination and on‑site execution for our architecture and interior design projects. You will ensure that each space not only looks stunning but also feels personal and functional for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, managing labour, materials, and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, especially for white stone execution and finishing.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and site records.
• Interpret and apply project drawings, measurements, and specifications on the ground.
• Ensure compliance with construction methods, material standards, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction‑related qualification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety rules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Leadership and problem‑solving skills to manage workers and address issues under pressure.

Required skills

• Stone work, particularly white stone execution and finishing.
• Vendor management and site coordination.
