Site Supervisor

About the role

Della Townships is looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities across its projects. You will ensure that civil, structural and finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction tasks, monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams to maintain smooth execution.
• Inspect work for quality, identify defects and enforce corrective actions.
• Manage labor and contractor workforce, record attendance and productivity.
• Track receipt, storage and usage of materials, minimise waste and maintain site housekeeping.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct regular safety checks and report incidents.
• Prepare daily progress reports, document site records and communicate issues to the Site/Project Engineer.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Construction (experience may substitute).
• 3 to 8 years of experience in residential, commercial, township, villa or high‑rise construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, materials and site operations.
• Ability to lead labour teams and coordinate effectively with contractors.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality practices.
