About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Site Supervisor to lead interior fit‑out and residential projects in Noida. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site execution and manage daily construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team to align schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor material usage, track project progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and site safety regulations.
• Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare regular progress reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in interior fit‑out or residential construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with diverse teams.
