Site Supervisor – Construction Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at our residential project in Sirsa, Haryana. The role involves ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress while coordinating workers, contractors and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction work.
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials effectively.
• Maintain daily site records, work updates, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineers and project management regarding site requirements.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day site issues.
• Ensure proper use and availability of construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the construction site.

Required profile

• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage labour, timelines, and site activities efficiently.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings (preferred).
