Site Supervisor – Construction & Interior Projects

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects at our Gurugram office. The role involves managing daily site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that work meets our quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and monitor progress against schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Verify site measurements, quantities and manage material tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and site safety housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely execution of tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Strong understanding of interior drawings and site execution processes.
• Ability to efficiently manage labour teams and contractors.
• Organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler is preferred.
