Site Supervisor – Construction & Installation

About the role

The Site Supervisor will be based on‑site in Sullurpeta, overseeing the daily construction and installation of liquid and grain storage tanks and silos. This full‑time role ensures that work is performed safely, on schedule, and according to technical specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and installation activities for storage tanks and silos.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Oversee material handling, maintain site documentation, and report status to project managers.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and support client interactions on‑site.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision, construction or installation management, preferably in industrial projects such as storage tanks or silos.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance, risk awareness, and safe work practices.
• Effective communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good time‑management, planning, and progress‑tracking abilities.
• Diploma or degree in civil, mechanical or related engineering field (or equivalent technical qualification).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sullurpeta and adapt to changing project needs.
