Site Reliability Engineering Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PWC is looking for a seasoned Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation and operation of highly available cloud platforms for its Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will combine deep technical expertise with leadership to drive secure, scalable solutions that support digital transformation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain secure, scalable Azure and AWS environments using VNET, Hub‑Spoke, Private Links and Entra ID.
• Standardise infrastructure provisioning through complex Terraform configurations and reusable modules.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, including upgrades, node‑pool management and security hardening.
• Implement application packaging standards with Helm charts across environments.
• Design and operate multi‑stage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, migrating legacy release processes to modern pipelines.
• Integrate security and compliance controls throughout the platform stack.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cloud infrastructure projects in Azure and AWS.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Terraform.
• Hands‑on expertise with container orchestration, especially AKS.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate release processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
