Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join its Tech GS&O – Risk, Legal and Audit division. The role focuses on 24/7 batch support for enterprise finance applications, ensuring platform stability and high‑quality service for a global business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overnight batch support for Enterprise Finance Applications in a 24/7 environment.
• Manage incidents, problems and service‑level agreements, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Promote a proactive support culture and drive automation, training and product improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual support effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements while keeping production platforms stable.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong incident, recovery management and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work regular shifts in a hybrid/blended setting.
• Experience in finance‑related applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Hyperion, OFSAA) is a plus.
