Site Project Manager

About the role

ABCPL is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to act as the Owner's Representative for a 16‑key boutique luxury mountain resort in Tehri‑Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering high‑quality, sustainable construction while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the owner’s interests throughout all project phases.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction schedules, coordinate with contractors, consultants and the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to meet milestones.
• Review contractor progress, measurements, running bills and material reconciliation.
• Supervise procurement, delivery, storage and utilization of construction materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality, workmanship and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical and execution issues in collaboration with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants and the PMC.
• Manage site logistics and challenges associated with remote hill construction.
• Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, site instructions and issue trackers.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction site execution and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in hill construction projects, including slope stabilization, retaining structures, hill excavation and foundation works.
• Proven ability to handle mountain logistics, material planning and terrain‑sensitive drainage.
