Site Manager – Interior Construction

About the role

Artivo Interiors and Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of interior and construction projects at its Jaipur site. The role involves coordinating on‑site activities, supervising contractors and workers, and ensuring that design specifications, quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all site activities for interior fit‑out and construction projects.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and on‑site workforce, ensuring compliance with design drawings and specifications.
• Track project timelines, quality standards and safety requirements, reporting status to project managers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with designers, vendors and clients to resolve issues and manage resources.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, progress records and project reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior or construction projects, preferably residential or commercial.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, design layouts and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interaction with designers, vendors and clients.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in Jaipur and flexibility to adapt to changing project timelines.
