Site Incharge – STATCOM Project (Kakinada)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Incharge to lead on‑site construction activities for the STATCOM project in Kakinada. You will ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality execution while coordinating multiple engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site construction work for the STATCOM project, adhering to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, control & protection, and commissioning teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor site progress, resource utilization and productivity; supervise contractors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE standards, statutory regulations, permits and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain as‑built records, inspection reports and handover documentation; resolve execution issues and facilitate engineering clarifications.
• Conduct daily site review meetings, approve work plans and progress reports, and mitigate schedule risks.

Required profile

• 15‑18 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a Diploma with a minimum of 15 years experience.
