Site HR & Administration Supervisor

About the role

The Site HR & Administration Supervisor will support the Head of Site SHIRA in managing all human‑resource and administrative functions at the Nabinagar project site. This fixed‑term position ensures smooth daily operations for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and day‑to‑day administration for the Transit House, Bachelor Guest Houses, third‑party employees, and workmen accommodation.
• Manage land‑related requirements and coordinate transport for local site employees, workers, and out‑station visitors.
• Supervise facilities management for the canteen, food services, and water supply.
• Ensure site security for material, personnel, contractors, and employees.
• Organise events and celebrations in line with company welfare policies and SOPs.
• Implement site‑level policies and processes for L&T Rolls employee welfare.
• Apply corporate guidelines on all employee‑related matters within the assigned area.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, industrial relations, or site administration, preferably in a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple site functions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with diverse employee groups and contractors.
• Knowledge of local labour regulations and safety standards.
