About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer Trainee to join our Projects/Construction team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience on civil construction sites, supporting the Site Engineer and Project Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager with day‑to‑day site activities.
Supervise ongoing civil works and ensure execution follows approved drawings.
Monitor labour productivity and report daily progress.
Take site measurements, maintain records, and verify levels, dimensions, and quality of work.
Coordinate material requirements with subcontractors, suppliers, and the store.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Promote proper material usage and minimise wastage.
Follow QA/QC procedures and address minor quality issues under guidance.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies on site.
Participate in site meetings and support overall project coordination.

Required profile

B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
