Site Engineer

About the role

HiLITE Group is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee day‑to‑day activities on its commercial and high‑rise construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations, coordinating with the project team.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and track material and labour requirements.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of work.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Required profile

• BTech/MTech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling large commercial or high‑rise projects.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Project management expertise.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Experience with site measurement tools.
• Hands‑on experience in high‑rise construction.
