About the role
We are seeking a well‑organized Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. The role involves overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate different phases of construction projects on‑site.
- Supervise crew members and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare accurate estimates for time and material costs.
- Conduct quality‑assurance checks and monitor health and safety standards.
- Compile and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain work schedules that meet project deadlines.
