Site Engineer

About the role

Reidius Infra Private Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Site Engineer to join its Jaipur office. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that work aligns with design specifications, structural requirements, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project timelines and maintain site documentation and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution from initiation to completion.

Required profile

• Strong on‑site execution and supervision skills with at least 3 years of experience in commercial and residential project management.
• Effective communication abilities for coordination with project teams, clients, and vendors.
• Quality‑control expertise to ensure materials, workmanship, and processes meet standards.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, site reporting, and relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, adhere to safety regulations, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
