Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will act as the technical backbone of on‑site construction activities, ensuring that all work follows approved drawings and quality standards. This position requires close coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction work according to structural and architectural drawings.
• Conduct inspections of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, and finishing works.
• Verify measurements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for accuracy.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and assist with billing documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain safety compliance and proper site documentation.
• Plan material requirements, track work schedules and manage material logistics.
• Resolve technical issues on site independently.

Required profile

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in building construction.
• Hands‑on experience with RCC, finishing, site planning and material management.
• Experience handling residential or commercial mid‑scale projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
