Site Engineer – Drilling & Cable Anchoring

About the role

Evergreen Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Site Engineer to lead drilling and cable anchoring activities for a major infrastructure project at Orange Gate, Mumbai. The role involves hands‑on site execution, coordination of daily operations, and ensuring project milestones are met safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute drilling and cable anchoring works on site.
• Coordinate daily site operations to align with the project schedule.
• Allocate manpower and manage the on‑site workforce.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site execution reports.
• Support billing and planning activities related to project execution.
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment utilization and overall productivity.
• Maintain clear communication with client and site management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in drilling activities, cable anchoring, and site execution.
• Experience in billing, planning, and manpower handling.
• Any relevant qualification combined with proven site experience.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage site activities independently.
• Basic understanding of construction and geotechnical processes.
