Site Engineer – Civil (On‑site)

About the role

This full‑time on‑site position is for a Civil Site Engineer based in Chennai and Virudhunagar. You will supervise all phases of construction projects, from inception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with architects, engineers, and contractors to keep the project on track.
• Manage project timelines, budgeting, and compliance with safety and legal regulations.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to align objectives and deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (PMC preferred).
• Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with high‑rise, tower, PWD or road experience are not eligible.
• Willingness to work across Virudhunagar, Madurai, Theni, Tirunelveli and Chennai.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety norms.
• Proficiency with project management tools and ability to prepare detailed micro‑schedules and BOQs.
• Documentation and client coordination capabilities.
• Basic computer skills with good command of MS‑Excel.

What we offer

• Maximum salary of Rs. 35,000 per month.
